Apothic Rosé 2018 Review

I get that the wine is only $10 but not sure how hiding the blend helps. Whatever, the wine is fine. It has candied red fruit and maybe some watermelon. The palate is saccharine with low acidity. If served quite cold it will jive with a DJ pool party, or maybe at an art opening where the wine is as secondary as disclosing blended varieties.
