Directions

  1. Combine habanero-infused tequila reposado, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake without ice for 10 seconds.
  3. Add cubed ice, shake until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Strain into a coupe glass.
