The Story Behind The Rosé 75
The classic French 75 is one of my favorite cocktails — and my friends often request it when they come over. In this crowd-pleasing twist, I swapped in sparkling rosé for Champagne!
Ingredients
- 1 ounce gin
- ½ ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Top with rosé sparkling wine
- Garnish with lemon slice
Directions
- Add gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake, and then double strain into a Champagne flute.
- Top with sparkling rosé, and garnish with a lemon slice.
