How To Make A Singapore Sling
The Singapore Sling was first created in 1915 at the at the Long Bar in the Raffles Hotel in Singapore by Ngiam Tong Boon, a Hainanese bartender.
Singapore Sling Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Cherry heering
- 1 oz Benedictine
- 1 oz Lime
- 3 dash Angostura bitters
- Soda
Singapore Sling Directions
- Combine all ingredients in shaker tin excluding soda and bitters.
- Ice small shaker tin.
- Shake vigorously, until tin is frosted over.
- Strain into chilled highball glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with bitters and enjoy.
