Pabst Brewing is battling MillerCoors in court after learning the mega-brewer might cease production of Pabst brands in 2020, when a contract between the two breweries expires. Pabst originally filed a $400 million lawsuit against MillerCoors in June, as VinePair reported.

If MillerCoors does cut Pabst from its production, Pabst will have little chance of surviving. MillerCoors brews and ships a majority of Pabst beer, including Pabst Blue Ribbon (PBR). However, MillerCoors argues it is not its obligation to keep Pabst afloat.

The trial began Monday and is scheduled through Nov. 30, 2018 in Milwaukee County Circuit Court, CNBC reports.

We wish Pabst the best of luck.
