Negronis are everywhere. The equal mix of gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth is a classic that defines cocktails. It has it’s own week, and it’s the favorite of Aziz Ansari’s character Dev in Master of None. Now, fittingly, there’s Negroni ice cream, and it’s everything that you need in the heat of summer.

The Coconut Negroni Ice Cream Sandwich (in the picture above) is coconut Campari ice cream sandwiched between two almond biscotti cookies. There might one day be a more refreshing and delicious way to delight in the flavors of the Negroni on a hot day, but it hasn’t been invented yet.

It’s made by Coolhaus, a food truck company that makes gourmet ice cream sandwiches with all natural ingredients. It’s exclusively available at Break Room 86, an ‘80s themed karaoke cocktail bar in L.A.’s Koreatown. Nothing will sooth a song out of you like a Coconut Negroni Ice Cream Sandwich.

Not in L.A. but still need something like this in your life? Well, if you’re in New York, you can head to Tipsy Scoop in the Kips Bay neighborhood for a Grapefruit Negroni Creamsicle.

Ice cream sandwiches are hard to beat though, so maybe just find a way to get to L.A.
