Lay’s is famous for its off-beat potato chip flavors, with variants like Caviar, Hot Chili Squid, and Finger-Licking Braised Pork making their way to store shelves. The latest trio features a very special flavor: Beer Cheese.

As part of Frito-Lay’s “Turn Up the Flavor” campaign, three new flavors launched last week: Kettle Cooked Classic Beer Cheese, Wavy Electric Lime and Sea Salt; and Flamin’ Hot Dill Pickle Remix. You’d think these outrageous flavors would be enough, but no: Each chip variant is paired with a music genre, and each chip package comes with a code that unlocks a custom, genre-specific song from singer Bebe Rexha.

Obviously, beer cheese is rock music, lime and sea salt is pop, and dill is hip hop. Oh, and beer cheese is Bebe’s favorite flavor, too, according to Delish.

“Flavor and music can trigger such powerful emotions,” she says in a promotional video. “Different genres of music can get me feeling certain ways and the same goes for flavors.”

We feel a certain way about beer cheese, too. In fact, here’s everything you need to know about it, including how to make it.
