How would you like to sail the Croatian coastline and sample the nation’s delicious food and wines? What if we told you there’s not only a way to do this for free, there’s a travel company willing to pay you for the experience?
Earlier this week, Cruise Croatia published a listing on its website, calling for a “keen food and wine enthusiast” to join them aboard a seven-day gourmet cruise in 2020. The “Taste Tester” will receive £500 for their time (around $605), and all that’s asked of them is honest, informed feedback on the cruise experience.
The weeklong cruise will feature breakfasts, four-course lunches, dinners, and lots of local wine. An onboard expert will offer lessons on Croatian wine, while excursions off the boat will include an oyster harvesting experience, a traditional Croatian village dinner party, and visits to some of Croatia’s picturesque UNESCO listed cities.
