Baileys Irish Cream has announced a new product in partnership with the popular bakery Georgetown Cupcake. Beginning this week, Baileys Red Velvet Liqueur will offer a taste of the bakery’s number one selling cupcake in a decadent, boozy creamer.
According to Delish, the liqueur presents “aromas of freshly baked red velvet cupcakes, sweet cream, and buttery icing” making you feel as if you stepped into one of Katherine Kallinis Berman and Sophie Kallinis LaMontagne’s cupcake shops.
Berman and LaMontagne, sisters and co-founders of the famous store opened the original bakery in Washington, D.C. in 2008. The sisters have since opened additional locations across the country.
“We absolutely love Baileys, so this is a really exciting partnership for us that has been an absolute treat to work on,” Berman and LaMontagne said in a press release. “Red Velvet is not only our original cupcake flavor, but to this day it’s chosen by our customers nearly ten to one, so we’re so delighted to be able to give fans a whole new way to indulge!”
Bottles of Baileys Red Velvet will be available nationwide for a limited time, so be sure to get your hands on the liqueur soon!
