Called the $1 Vodka Rum Frostbite, the tropical cocktail blends rum, vodka, blue curacao, creamy coconut, and pineapple. In other words: It’s basically a boozy, blue Piña Colada.
“Yes, it’s a tropical rum drink at heart,” Patrick Kirk, vice president of beverage innovation at Applebee’s, said in a press release, “but we added vodka for good measure.”
