If you’ve been looking for the world’s most rock-and-roll winemaking father and son duo, congratulations! Your search ends here.

Jesse Bongiovi and his father, Jon Bon Jovi, collaborated with French winemaker Gérard Bertrand to launch a rosé, Hampton Water, early last year. It was officially unveiled in Miami at the Versace Mansion (yes, Jon Bon Jovi sang on a balcony following a performance by a troupe of synchronized swimmers, in case you were wondering).

Family ties aren’t the only thing this pair has going for them, though. We took a dive into Jesse’s rosé-obsessed psyche for this round of Lucky Sevens.

1. What’s the bottle that made you fall in love with wine?

I fell in love with rosé. I’ve always been a big rosé drinker, and French rosés have always been my favorite. Before Hampton Water, I was drinking Domaine Ott, which is a good, crisp, fruit-forward yet dry rosé.

2. FMK three varieties: Cabernet, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay.

I’m happily married to rosé, but M: Cabernet, F: Pinot Noir, K: Chardonnay.

3. You’re on death row. What’s your last-supper wine?

I’ll be buried with Hampton Water.

4. You can only drink one wine for the rest of your life. What is it?

Obviously, Hampton Water… it’s light, fresh, and lively. Rosé is just so approachable and fun.

5. You can only drink at one bar for the rest of your life. What is it?

The Hamptons has always been a special place for me — it’s where my family goes to slow down from our busy lives and just spend time together. We call it the exhale. It’s a place that evokes a sense of home, good fun, and the best memories with the people you love most… So, if I could only drink at one bar for the rest of my life, it would have to be in the Hamptons; specifically, Talkhouse in Amagansett, N.Y.

6. What’s the best and worst wine on your rack (or in your fridge) right now?

I was recently gifted a bottle of Opus One,which I’m saving for a special occasion… Aside from that, I don’t keep much wine in my apartment. If we open this up to home bar, I’ve got tequila (my personal favorite) and beer.

7. If you could no longer drink wine, what would be your beverage of choice?

You’ve got to mix it up sometimes. When I’m not having wine, I’m usually drinking Casamigos.
