1.5 ounces bourbon
1 ounce apple cider
1 ounce lemon juice
1 egg white
1 cup ice

Add everything but the ice into a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add ice and then shake again. Strain into a serving glass and garnish with apple slices and cinnamon.

6. Cranberry Moscow Mule

1.5 ounces vodka
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 ounce cranberry simple syrup
1/2 bottle ginger beer
1/2 to 1 cup crushed ice
